- Tony (40) from Preston, has lost 35lbs in weight between May and December, 2021. Tony pays, in advance, a monthly bank transfer of £140, and we meet for one hour per week on an ongoing basis. Each week we walk, jog and stretch while reviewing and discussing the previous week's diet and exercise. We stay in touch in between sessions, creating a diary of exercise and diet. We end each workout with a motivational plan for the days ahead, with targets set and a resetting of the mindset for a healthy week ahead.
