Goals and targets range widely, given that my clients, over 20 years have varied widely. Amongst the marathon runners, swimmers and sporting athletes, my client list has included busy CEOs, busy mums, teenagers, medics, opticians and vets, mental health patients, pregnant women and brand new mums, people with obesity, diabetes, autism, dispraxia, blindness, depression and anxiety, replacement knees and hips, cardiac issues, post-kidney disease and post-cancer. Each wanted and needed someone to support, motivate and encourage them to get healthy and stay that way.
