"Personal training/coaching can continue one-on-one. Sessions must take place in a public outdoor space, and social distancing must be maintained. Sessions can’t take place in private gardens. A coach/personal trainer can see multiple clients on the same day, as the coach/PT would be in attendance for work purposes."

- It is also a very useful training tool; as your health improves through nutritious eating and regular exercise, your body fat will reduce and your muscle tone will increase. You will be carrying around less weight, resulting in a healthier body and mind and a more slender body shape.
- More seriously, excessive stored fat puts you at higher risk of life affecting illness earlier in your life than expected or desired.
- We will happily arrange for you to have it measured (non-invasive; you just have to take your shoes and socks off!) by a PWR personal trainer.
